What happens in a session?

Our own issues, patterns and unhelpful beliefs are similar to a dark forest. We can venture in there alone but we can easily become lost, overwhelmed or feel like we’re going around in circles. Counselling and Clinical Hypnotherapy is much like heading into the forest with someone who has a map and a torch. We can help you navigate through, see a different perspective and help shine a light.

ONLINE SESSIONS
Sessions can be held from the comfort of your home via zoom. You will receive a zoom link prior to your appointment. All you need to do is find a quiet and comfortable spot with good internet access.

IN CLINIC SESSIONS
Come and visit our lovely clinic rooms. Nestled in a small strip of shops, in the quiet and leafy suburb of Warranwood. Settle into our natural light filled room and enjoy a herbal tea whilst we chat.

FOREST SESSIONS*
Meet me at our Warranwood clinic and we'll make our way to the little urban forest nearby. Ground yourself by trying a forest therapy practice or simply enjoy a walk and talk in nature.
New locations coming soon.
*Weather dependant.
In the initial session we explore your reasons for seeking support. It is also a chance for you to see if I am the right fit for you, and explore what you would like to get out of our sessions. Over a session we chat and (if it feels right for you) we use hypnotherapy, meditation and somatic work to explore things deeper. Each session is uniquely tailored to you, your needs and comfort level.
Sessions are $150 for 60 minutes or $220 for 90 minutes.
Payment is required at least 48 hours prior to your booking.
Currently I have limited availability;
Tuesdays online or every 2nd Saturday in person at Warranwood.
If you would require a different time or day please contact me via the contact form.
